Avaya IX Wrkplace presence issue for remote worker via SBCE

Hi team,

I have an issue with presence and contact search for IX Workplace remote user registered on SBCE.
Traces show that tpkt/mtcti get 401:

443 traffic is allowed on my firewall.
And here is my Reverse-Proxy profile used:

And my reverse proxy relay service: I authorize only /46xxsettings.txt, /WebrootCA.pem and tpkt/mtcti

My apologies @janni78 but you are wrong, "There is no presence between Zang and non-Zang users" yes there is. You may not have been able to set it up.
TCP port 443 and or 411 is used for presence for the IX Workplace Application.
 
Available/Busy etc pressence is Zng/Esna. Pressence.

Showing you are on a call comes from the system. Telephony status.

All depends on what you call pressence.

With a Softphone license (ie, not office/tele/power woker), IX has no access to Zang, and therefore has no pressence. No green tick etc. But I believe you still can see in the directory if people are on a call (not tested yet)

Telephony status and directory services are from IP Office, yes.
It will not show presence, for example it will not show if another user is logged in with Avaya Communicator.
