Avaya IX Workplace WINDOWS on IP Office 11.0.4 Server Edition

Hi,

i use Avaya IX Workplace (Equinox) for Windows with IP Office 11.0.4 Server Edition. I use Office 365 with a local Exchange Server.
I've installed the Avaya IX Workplace on Windows. The Browser Add-In is working fine but the Add-In for Outlook does not work. I can't call any contacts out of Outlook.
Are there any settings to do in Outlook?

Are the contacts not available in the IX Workplace client or is the number dialed wrong? I.e. Is the trunk access code missing?

thanks for your answer.
yes, the contacts are available in the Client but i would like to make calls directly out of Outlook contacts. With One-X Outlook Add-In it was possible to do it.

Then probably the dial plan is not configured.
