Does anyone have an Avaya or definity tied to an NEC as ISDN PRI - no QSIG? If so can you provide configs for both sides?

Both are also set to 1. Still no info.

When the call comes in the display reads "Unknown Caller".

I wanna say thanks for all the input as well. I should have said that earlier.

Calls are still working both directions just fine .... Just no caller info when calling from Avaya to NEC.

I thought that might be the case too ... but I have checked everything I can imagine in the avay and anything related to sending CPN/ANI or whatever else I think might be related is stroked to "y".

Try changing the trunk group page 3 from Format: unk-pvt to public.

I'm pretty sure the Avaya isn't sending CPN because the NEC Phone display has the Avaya Trunk Name "Tie to NEC" when a call comes in. I wonder if it's because we have send CPN selected. Maybe CPN is getting overwritten.

I did try the public instead of pub-unk on page 3. I also tried pub-unk instead of unk-unk on page 2 of the trunk.

Still nothing. I'll keep digging.
