Hi, I have a site that has a Avaya IVR and it's linked with Nortel Line Side T1 cards, the problem they are having is that there is no disconnect supervision, this setup worked fine with the Conversant 8 and recently the T1 card was changed to a NMS 4000 and they now have no disconnect supervision. Has anyone seen this issue before or is this not supported, the Avaya IVR is setup as follows.
Protocolo: Loop Start T1

Frame Type: D4 (otras opciones disponibles: ESF)

Line Code: AMI (otras opciones disponibles: AMI_ZCS, B8ZS)

Idle Code: 11111111

Length: 655

Signaling Type: Robbed-Bit

Thanks
