What does it show in SSA?
Resources>Licenses

Try restarting the web manager service and see if it clears the alarm.

Hi Friend!

Thank you for your help. I have already restarted both WEB services and the entire system both app server and IPO500V2 but the alarm persists.

In the SSA does not show any alarm, and in the licenses, it says VMPro Media manager installed (1) in use (1).

I could also validate on the VMPro client tool in Help-About, and I saw that the VMPro recorder license is licensed and active.

I don't know where else to try or if it is a product error. Avaya has not confirmed anything. This is IP Office R11.1.2300

Sound like a bug, If SSA shows it active you should be fine.

I will not stop trying!
