On >User >Telephony >Call Log, I want to check a Group entry within Log Missed Huntgroup Calls, however am unable to check an entry.
All HG entries are unchecked and intuitively I would expect to be able to toggle check/uncheck against an entry.
I have tried with the three different Centralised Call Log settings.
Delete entries after is set to 'Never', I've also tried with setting this to a number of hours.
I thought there may be a dependency on a setting within the Group settings, although nothing jumps off the page.
Any ideas welcome, please.
