Avaya IPO500 SIP trunk

Can anyone offer any guidance or assistance with the following.

We have a customer who has moved to a managed suite with
an existing IPO500.

Previously on BRI.

No additional connections can be bought into premises.

We have installed a VCM card with SIP trunk licences
and basically piggy backed of an alcatel switch via SIP.

Inbound and outbound work ok.

Problems we are having are.

Voice mail very faint on play back for 1st 4-5 seconds.
Callers message will not record.

Mobile twining does not work / not compatible.

Has any body acheived this or simerlar.

Many thanks if you have any tips or advice.
