avaya ipo500 manager

HI guys . I have Manager 9.1.3.0 build 120 , when I open SCN having 8 systems and open 1 system Extensions or Users list Manager keep closing with error . Does anybody knows why and how to fix it ? I have Java version 7. 0.510.

I would uninstall manager and then reinstall, sounds like a bad install.

finally I had a time to uninstall and install Manager 9.1.3.0 on windows 7 . This issue is happening again, so when I open SCN with 8 IPO500 Manager fails and windows close it .
Do anybody has solution to fix it ?

You need to raise this with Avaya or open them independently, I personally never use SCN Manager
