Avaya IPO with PRI Line - While Making External calls there is no Ring back tone 3

While we shifted our office we got a new PRI line and after connecting and configuring this line we started facing this issue. When ever I make an external call the call is getting connected and the person at the other end is able to answer the calls however the issue is that we are not receiving any ring back tone while the call is in progress. The service provider already checked this issue from their end and confirmed that everything from their end is working fine. I was wondering if there is any option in Avaya IPO to enable and disable the ring back tone while making calls?

I doubt that as there is no setting to enable disable ringback tone in IP Office on PRI.
Make a monitor trace of a successful ISDN call and post the results here then maybe we see the reason.
 
It's the PRI provider - there is a setting on their side to allow the pbx to play ringback, or for them to play ringback.

There is also a setting on their side to play ringback to the external caller calling in, or to allow the pbx to play the ringback for the caller.

Since the IP Office does not play ringback for you placing a call, nor for an outside caller calling in, the provider needs to do it
