Hi All,

Does anyone have a solution for auditing changes made within Web Manager? we're running ver 10 and customer uses web manager for day to day housekeeping.

What we see however is some of the users appear to change their recording states from on (external & internal) for inbound/outbound on voice recording tab.

Audit trail in SSA/Manager shows nothing, which would be correct if Web Manager were being used.

All suggestions appreciated.

Cheers

Have a look under the logs tab in WebControl (7071). In the Syslog table you can find a bunch of log messages. You can filter them by host and facility. Perhaps you can find something there.

Webmanager should be restricted to only authorised personnel, individual user should not be allowed to access it.
change the admin passwords so this cannot conntinue

Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear

We create a 'Customer' service user with limited rights for 'day to day' maintenance by the end user admin. If 'users' are doing this you definatly need to change the web manager password and have users use self admin if they really need to have the ability to change things for thier extension.

Dermis and feline can be divorced by manifold methods.*
