Avaya IPO Vs MS Dynamics

I have IPO Version 11 and the customer is asking if we can integrate the Phone system with MS Dynamics.
Did anyone try that? What do we need to get this integration done to achieve Click to dial, Pop up screen, etc..

Do we need TAPI? Do we need SSL certificate?
