I have a system which had 8x 9508 handsets on it working perfectly until the customer had a powercut, once phone was stuck on the "please wait" display,
I proved cabling okay and found the phone is ok on different ports, I have tried to install a new DS8 card to fix issue however the phone still stays on "please wait", I have swapped phones, again stuck on the message. I have also tried putting in a DS16 module and I still have the problem.
Phone doesn't seem to grab firmware despite my file settings being there,
Any one had a similar problem before?
