Avaya IPO software ver 9.1.0.2 missing the complete transfer button option on 9508 Phones

I have it in Basic mode
Key System
V/M: IP OFFICE MODE
ULAW
2 Combo cards
Unsupervised Analog Trunks enable


in the Beginning everything worked fine but Now when i pick up a line incoming call - Transfer ext 23 -the complete transfer button no longer appears it makes me wait until the person at ext 23 pick up the incoming call not even hanging the handset works anymore it leaves the caller on hold and ext 23 stops ringing. (i'm unable to program the soft buttons)

Try upgrading the highest SP of R9.1 which would be R9.1.12. The early versions of R9.1 were junk.

The truth is just an excuse for lack of imagination.

id stay away from 9.1.12 go to 9.1.11
