Hi All,

I have IPO Server Edition Rls 11.2, Primary & Secondary Server, IPO500 v2 for PRI, and ACCS and IPO 500v2 on another location.
if the Primary server lost connection to the network, the resiliency occurs and the second carries the IP Phones, what will happen to ACCS?
the customer has a gateway to another location, the customer wants to operate IP Phones locally and the site has its own trunks, for an IP license I can reserve the IP Licesens from Primary to gateway if the primary server for some reason power-down or lost network connection to the gateway, the gateway will continous working locally or not.

Thanks

The ACCS Business Continuity manual covers various scenarios such as interoperation with IP Office resilience.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

@sizbut: ACCS Business Continuity needs two ACCS servers, on this scenario I have only one ACCS.
and what about the case 2 that the customer need to reserver IP Phones from Primary to gateway and run it;s locally, what's happen if link to the primary down ?

If I remember correctly the 500v2 gateway phones will still work locally.

The gateway will go into licence error mode because the primary is down.
This is because it can’t see the ip phone licences.
You will get a warning in SSA alarms to tell you this and you have 15 days to fix it.

Every thing else on the Primary failover to the Secondary server.
