Hi All,,,

I have installed Vantage device basic , audio call are working fine between extensions. Video calls is not working getting message as " Escalation to Video
Failed"

2. also contact directory is not available when press on the contact bottom.

Thanks in Advance

@Briancosta

Im having a similar issue with the directory at the moment at first it was pulling gmail contacts but not company directory and now got over that but the directory doesnt pull. There is apparently a firmware 2.0 for them which can fix directory issue. Ill let you know once i get that done.

Thanks, what's about video call ??

@Manie3

Already I have firmware 2.0 but still the contact not shown and the video not working

In the 46xxsettings file add:

SET ENABLE_IPOFFICE 1
SET DISCOVER_AVAYA_ENVIRONMENT 0

the Video Will Working.

But the contact directory still not.

One of the other changes they made in R11.0 was to start officially supporting the 46xxspecials.txt file.

So for maximum ease of support for new phone models and features, don't edit the 46xxsettings.txt file. Make a copy of your existing settings file and then delete the one on the system. Let the system auto-generate its own settings file. Put any custom settings that you want into the specials file instead.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.
