Avaya IPO rel 9.x config back up when restored to avayaIPO 11 .x new server IPO 11 services not up

Hello

We installed a new IPO 11 on VM server. IPO 9 config s are saved and when we send them to new IPO IPO service comes up and goes down with web manager we can access but not with Avaya ipoffice manager any suggestions

Try and put the IP address in manager directly on the discover page.
Remove the broadcast address and use the Ipo address instead

Also next time make .bin exports form the R9, and import them to the R11.

Do you have the ADI licenses still in the config?

Leaving them can cause issues.
