Avaya IPO R11 Preferred Upgrade

Hi there, I have a site running Avaya IPO R8 preferred with voicemail pro and one x running.

I have recently upgraded the system to R10 as we needed some add ons. I'm planning to run the system upgrade to R11(licensed). I would like to know if I can run the IPO from R10 to R11, or do I need to go to R10.1 and then to R11.

Once the IPO gets to R11, does the VM pro and One X still work?

How do I get my VM Pro and One X to R10 plus?

I believe the windows are still supported until R11 and not on R11.1.

Yes you can go to R11. update the vmpro and onex to same release.
