Avaya IPO r10.0_Embedded Voicemail -- Copy a Voicemail greeting .cpl file

Guys,

In Avaya IPO r10.0 Embedded Voicemail install, customer wants to make one voicemail greeting recording on one ext and copy it to all the other exts so that they will have a one voice/generic greeting..is this possible?
I located the initial greeting in Embedded File management .cpl file and would like to know if you can somehow edit the file to possibly copy/change the label to add the other exts!!!

No. But the customer can record a wav file on a PC and with the EVM utility you can convert that into multiple user greetings.
Batch processing is possible. Read here
