Avaya IPO R 9.0.9 - Bin files missing on Upgrade Wizard

Avaya IPO R 9.0.9, Win 2008R2, only IPO Bin showing and all other bin files missing on Upgrade Wizard: although these files are present at the correct folder. What could that be happening? Should I default the CU?

Make sure the working directories in manager of the .bin AND the .cfg files both point to the folder containing all the necessery files.
Within the folder you also must have a file named bin.cfg (a text file named bin.cfg) which contents looks like this:

The most of the ones you listed are not present anymore, these are old versions but for some reason AVAYA does not remove them from the list.
