Avaya IPO PRI issue

Hai,

I have a avaya IPO500v2 running on R11.1xxxx. when I plug the PRI line to control box the led is trun on (green colour). On system status is showing trunk is "out of service". I had spoke with service provider and they said "PRI line is working". What could be the issue? Any one can help me on this.
Note : Control box and PRI card is new

you are in the wrong forum here for IP Office

but in the System Status there are 2 columns that show in or out of service or idle

the left one is the local service setting, the right one is the remote side or status side

The local is usually in service and if not then you have to change the status of the channels into it

If the right side shows out of service then your provider has an issue

This is a normal state (older 8.1 but not much has changed)
