Avaya IPO One-x personal directory - number of entries

We are having an issue where no user can add more than 50 entries to their personal directory although the documentation clearly states that they can have 100 and that this is in fact a limitation of IPO not of one-x.

If you add an entry to their personal directory in Manager rather than One-x portal it adds fine.

IPO is version 8.1(43), One-x portal is 8.1(76)
