Avaya IPO embedded intuity mode outcalling number history

I have the above and want to know if anyone has an idea if the previous numbers are saved to where they can be deleted or changed? Also has anyone had an issue with the outcalling number calling a past number not the last number or active number saved? ie. (number 1 is active, number 2 was the last number active and it calls number 3 making it call the next to last number saved.)
 
I'm confused - Embedded Intuity only allows you to input ONE telephone number per mailbox for outcalling.

Are you saying that you changed the outcalling destination telephone number for a mailbox, but it is still calling the previous number?

 
The customer changes out the number every Friday in three week intervals. It doesn’t call the previous number it calls the number before that one. It’s happened twice.
