AVAYA IPO dialout without full numer

Hi

At one of our client site we have AVAYA IPO version 9.1.12 with external 16 port trunk expansion.
User short code to dial out is 99N/dial/N/1LGID ( 1 is line group id of trunks) without ARS
system Dial Delay time 4 -dial delay count 2
now issue we found when user dial number for example our gsm have 10 digit if little delay while dialing the system dial sent out call with out full number.
and its making possible match as example the dialing number is 0501234987 and when user dial only 0501234 the call sent out and ring at dialed number.
but strange issue users reports when they dial required number it goes to wrong person.
also while dialing the dial number wont show up at System status monitor.

so need some help here.
 
I would route it through an ARS.

So the shortcode would be 99N dial N over ARS 52 (you will need to of course create the ARS)

In ARS 52 have dial delay time of 2 seconds then in the bottom have the N; dial N over line group 1.

The semi colon is important as it tells the system to wait for the dial delay timer.

for the ; to work to force En block dialling you need a dial delay count of 0

system status is not the correct application for diagnosing out-dialing issues you need to be using System monitor



Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear
