Avaya IPO 9.1 and Contact Recorder Issues

Hi All,

I have IPO Rls 9.1 and Avaya IPO Application Server 9.1
Contact Recorder is up and running until the power down.
After this all recorderd segment not appears either on interface or via Fillezilla
on the Alarm Page each segment have the following Alarm:

Error processing file MSG381934730900100_10.10.252.60.wav. Reason /additional-hdd#1/partition1/890001/000/00/05/890001000000599.wav (No such file or directory).

via command line, an additional hard disk is appears

all other settings are as is, nothing changes.
I am restarting the server and IPO, nothing changes.
on system status, active calls all calls are recorded
via Filezilla, opt/vmpro/VRL all calls is listed.

where is the wrong? and how we solve it ?

So when you log into cli you can see the /additional-hdd#1/ directory? Are you able to find the directory /additional-hdd#1/partition1/890001/000/00/05/ ?
