Current voicemail users that don't use UMS have VM's played on their extension phones and their date/time stamp on the vm is correct. When it is a UMS user, the voicemail is forwarded to them via email and the email is stamped with the right date/time. If they check their extension phone and play their VM's from the extension phone, the voicemails are stamped 6 hours ahead. I have checked VM Pro/IP Office/Exchange and all the times are correct. UMS is working properly and syncronization is working fine with VMPro and Exchange. There is no setting to offset the UMS stamp times in Exchange 2010. Date and time is correct on all applications and with our CCR. If you take UMS off of the user and set them back up as a normal voicemail user, the problem goes away and it records the header properly in VM. Unfortunately, the UMS users don't have access to their workstations when they are out in the field and they call in to check their voicemail. Any thoughts on this?
