Recently have setup several of our IPO locations to use H.323 lines to talk back to our main campus (CS1000). All are working fine except 2 locations and both have different issues that I can not figure out. The first location I can call from our main campus using a CS1000 and they answer and talk just fine, however if they try to call here it rings then disconects when I answer. We have tried from several different phones to make sure it wasnt a set issue. The second location you can call into and out of fine but when you use the H.323 lines you have no DTMF on the calls. This location also has SIP trunking in place

Any ideas or guidence would be appreciated.
 
sounds like a router/firewall issue's.

That was my first thought on it as well. I am also wondering if it could be the older software release on this site.

The DTMF issues after further research look to be an issue with the older software, from what I was reading on Avaya's notes, 8.1(77) or above fixes the issue. So we will be upating that one to see.
