AVAYA IPO 500 - Always 2 Rings at Operator extension once the external party disconnects the call

Dear Engineers,

Recently I have experienced one problem with IPO is that, For Each outside calls,once the external party hung up the call, there will be incoming call with just 2 ring at reception phone from the same trunk line. I tried manything but couldn't solve the problem. Please help me I have given the trace information below,

This happens when the provider sends a message waiting indication down the line, it's interpreted as a ring voltage and generates 2 rings, you're about the tenth person that's had this issue, not always after a call with the others but I'd wager that's what it is or similar :)

Thank you so much, its working if i disable the Caller ID, FYI. Any solutions for this?

Just for your information,

I have disabled the Disconnect clear and busy tone detection also, then its working fine. I think i was getting wrong signal from Network to release the trunk. After this modification, trunk will not release automatically but disconnecting from the user side manually.
