Avaya IP406 Can't add 140-149 Extensions

I can't seem to dial anything that begins with 14. (incompatible disk)
I need to add an extension for 140-149 and the system won't allow me. But, it lets me do anything outside 140-149

Anyone have any ideas?


Yea, I'm an IP office Newb.
