Avaya IP softphone help

For some reason, I can't get the software to ring through the PC speakers, or through the headset. Everything else works fine, it just won't ring audibly. Anyone have some suggestions?

Check your audio settings. Within the softphone, go to AUDIO, VOLUME AND RINGER SETTINGS. You have to make sure you have that box checked at the bottom for it to ring the PC speakers as well.

I figgured it out. I bridged on my personal extensions to the softphone. I never turned on the per button ring control and set it to Yes.
Doh!
