Does anyone have an avaya IP office setup that is SUCCESSFULLY using the IP phones in home offices utilizing cable & DSL connections ????

By successful we mean the remote IP Phones do not drop calls, lose the ability to hear the other person, and then drop the connection and go into discovery mode and require rebooting ????

Works fine for me as well. I use IP phones (46xx sets) and IP trunking (via SCN) between sites.

Never had any problems. Also, Roadrunner Business-Class just started QOS-ing their business customers. What was an 80ms return is now 10ms.

Guys,
I have been installing the IP office for a while now (since early DT2) and we had to stop. V2 firmware is SOOO unreliable you may as well not bother!!

However I have found AVAYA have made real progress on 3.0(59) I recomend upgrading all switches and handsets to this verson!! It is in my opinion the most stable verson and my customers seem happy with it too!!
