Um, Handset model, handset FW version, CM version?

Also, was a network assessment done prior to implementing VOIP..? if not, you may be looking at alot of trouble shooting to fix issues just like this in the future.

CM 5 The majority of the sets are 9670G. The firmware is 6.004s. A network assesment was completed. I am new to this enviroment and trying to get my hands around it. Any helpful tips would be much appreciated

If the firmware is 6.x it sounds like you are on SIP. Do you have Session Manager or a SIP Enablement Server (SES)?

Is your system set up with a Feature Server, Evolution Server, or both?

If you have an Evolution server you might want to try and move a couple of the phones from SIP to H.323. Load 3.134s doesn't seem to have problems. I get both Blue Tooth and VPN capabilities to work.

We've been using these for some time without issue.

We had a issue where the phones would lock up because we were backing up the call logs. Try to see if disabling call logs backup helps...
