Avaya IP Phone Default login 1

Trying to mirror an Avaya IP phone 1616. When login in with the number ti requires a password which should be a default. Would that pasword be 1234?

Hello rb2020,

Have you tried to set an password under User tab > Telephony > Supervisor > Login?

Check if the Force Login is enabled...

some releases made you have a login code and some do not. normally its blank but some installers put one in. best to check and change if unknown.

If no password is set, 0000 is sometimes required. And in Release 9.0 you also need to check the extension's Phone Password field set in the IP Office configuration (overrides the use of the Login Code).

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.
