Avaya IP Phone behind Site to Site VPN

Hi,
I am trying to have Avaya IP Phone registered behind a site to site VPN. I can see the phone is successful in getting the FW and send the registration request to the IPO but the IPO sends Unregister request to the phone which makes the phone to go an infinite reboot loop.
See the traces below: 192.168.50.10 is the IPO LAN2, 192.168.100.111 is the IP Phone

Any idea what is going on??
The same is phone is successful in registering if it is on the same IPO LAN.

Having the same issue with a phone on one of my systems with no resolution yet "GK: Unregister endpoint CPPAvaya_5c6d51d5378d3a45 for extension 12345 reason 3" seem that it keeps requesting to unregister.

Mine is 8.1.
Do you the version is the issue?
If I put the phone on the same LAN network where the IPO is then no issues.

mine is on the same LAN no VLAN involved. It just keeps unregisteing and having the reason 3.

Did you add a IP route? If not, create one.

IP Route:

IP Address 192.168.100.0
IP Mask 255.255.255.0
Gateway IP Address 192.168.50.1

Set the Destination to the LAN your IPO camps out on.

Also program your phones with 192.168.100.XXX and the router as 192.168.50.1
