I need a solution, not the way to throw out.

I have two IP PHones, which give same THICK PROGRESS BAR and struck, how do i reset it.

Your response will be highly appreciated.

-Thanks,
Sam.

If they only show the progress bar and don't continue then they are broken, trow them away.
Repairing them is too expensive.

I never saw a progress bar on the 56xx to be honest.
Are you sure it is a 5602?

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

Yes

Thanks for your reply.
It is 5602SW+.

Whenever I Plug the Cable to start the phone, its starts and a line starts from left continue to right...and struck there.

Is there anywhere, where i could reset and reformat do any kind repair to make it start working on. Im sure there should be a way.

-Thanks,
Sam.

The 56XX phones shows bytes going up but no line.
Do you see any firmaware level coming by?

I would not spend too much time on this phone as it is old and like Intrigrant mentiones, it will cost too much in the end.

You're not connecting them to a alog or digital port are you? I would be very dissapointed if that is the case, these are IP Phones and need to be connected to a LAN with PoE, either from a power injector or from a PoE switch.

Ofcourse not.

Im connecting directly POE Switch.

Still No Luck

-Thanks,
Sam.

have you tried to force the handsets to download some new firmware ?

Im not saying that will work but its worth a shot , i use mviptel on my laptop a small 8 port poe switch and statically input the info into the phone , when forcing firmware into devices that are not on a true network

That is seriously not right. I think that is a doorstop or needs sending off for repair.
