I installed and Avaya Ip Office R8.0(44) in the partner mode. I have had 3 ongoing problems. 1,Phones lock up and key pad goes dead in middle of dialing. Unplug phone and it comes back to life. 2,All lines are answered by Auto Att. Caller is instructed to dial 10 for appointments. They often end up at ext 11. I have tested this many times. I have found it happens when you are calling in with a cell phone. You press 1 and before you press 0, you hear another pulse and you end up at extension 11. I have had this happen 6 to 10 times in a row. My screen on the cell phone shows I only dialed the digit 1, once. 3, On the CID history it often shows two entries from the same # at the same time. I believe these are all cell phone calls. There are six incoming T1 lines with a Adtran converting the lines to analog. All lines do this. They had and old Partner System using the same lines before with no problems. I have run the impedance test on all lines and they are set at 600, per the results of the test. I have never been able to make this happen with with a regular phone. I have changed the complete system with no fix. Help! Extension 11 is the CEO and he is not happy and won't change his ext#.
