We have a new AVAYA IP Office where none of the system passwords are working.......How do i access the server for administration?

What user name/passwords have you tried?

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

IP500, server edition, etc?

How was system created if server edition, ISO, OVA - did you use standard SE build or PoweredBy SE Build?

You need to actually give us some information we don't know, not post the default usernames/passwords!
