Basic question for somebody if they can help please.

Simply trying to connect to an IP office remotley to administer.

Using dial up via ISDN2e, IP config pretty much default.

Dont have a clue whats wrong.

Im more old school telecoms rather than data.

Many thanks

it is easy

in manager go to the user RemoteManager

that is your dail in user (look at dail in ,it is checked)
the password is thepword (also deafault)

in iproute there is an iproute 192.168.99.0 (also default)

if you have a spare ddi then asing it to remotemanager if not leave it blank (you can use every ddi they have then)

make a dail up connection with the pc you want to connect

put in a ddi they use

username and password are RemoteManager and thepword (casesensitive)

go to the tcpip setting and put in an ipadres
this must be in the 192.168.99.xxx range
it can be anything but 0 !!!!

now you can make the dail up connection
open manager and pull the config

Women and cats can do as they please and men and dogs should relax and get used to the idea!

So you are selecting a user name of

user name: RemoteManager
password: what ever you set you manager

You will then need to assign you self a dial in IP on the 192.168.99.X range but not 1.

Once you are connected you should then be able to see you IP Office.

See where you get with the above and let us know.
