Avaya IP Office Web Manager Doesnt Load 1

I am having some issues with web manager and wondered if anyone else had come across the same issue.

I have the 9020 version of manager and have the same fault on 3 different browsers (IE, Chrome and Firefox). The web manager loads and then just sits on the loading screen.

I need web manager to enable the IPOSS tokens


I had double checked and "Avaya HTTP Clients Only" is NOT ticked.

Corruption during upgrade. Reinstall upgrade at current release.

Hi,

It may be a corruption but it could also simply be a browser cash issue.
Did you try to clear your cash browser?

If you have direct access to the SD card you may have to recreate it.
If you do not have access, you can see what file is missing by using Monitor with HTTP and File System options enable. Then you will be able to upload missing file using manager (really painful but I already had to do this and it worked)

Upgrade and select "upload system files". Should fix it. Web Browser takes what seems like forever even when it works correctly.
