I have a IPO 500V2 version 9.1 with a UC module. The customer changed the login password and does not remember what it was. I reset the voicemail password in the security settings in Manager but its did not work letting me into the UC module through the web page or the vmpro client. I rebooted it as well still unable to get into it. Voicemail service is running but since the password will not take affect all the vm channels are tied up and voicemail is down. Is there another way to do this remotely or is having someone onsite HDMI with a monitor and keyboard directly into the only option to reset it?
