Avaya IP office says Waiting for line

Hi, when we trry to make a call the server says Waiting for line, how can we identified the line with problems in the Avaya Monitor and what we can do to solve the issues. Users can make calls but if we try to make moore than 3 at the time the error comes up. Any help willl be apreciated. Thanks.
 
Take a look at System Status to see if all the trunks you have configured (installed in the system) are in use. If all of your trunks are in use you will get a waiting for line condition.
 
I imagine you have analogue trunks and have left all 4 ports at the default setting of 0, how many lines do you think you have?

 
The problem was a power failure. Thanks a lot for the answers, with the shutdown off Avaya because the failure 1 trunk went down and as a result when we try to make a lot of calls at the same time we get that error. We restart the Avaya. Thanks again.
