I'm attending the Avaya IP Office Professional Certification Implementation Training in a few weeks. Unfortunately, Avaya is brand new to me. I have completed the AVA00916WEN (IP Office Platforms) and AVA00139WEN (Voicemail Pro) courses. Any other material(s) I should go over / learn? Any and all recommendations are appreciated!

do not take it personal
I think hosting is a hype and will go away in a couple of years.
With flexibility i mean that you can do almost everything with the ipo to get the call route you want.
