Hey Guys,

I have a site that had one x portal running but has stopped from logging in the user web page. One X portal is installed on a Windows server and running as a local service. I am able to log into the Admin web page but one of the services for Providers (CSTA Provider Master) stays in a starting state and does not come up. I made sure the passwords matched in the security settings in Manager and in the provider password in One X. I have stopped and started the Windows services and rebooted the IPO but still unable to get that service running. I am out of idea's other than uninstall One X and reinstall.

Why does it say preferred edition licence is not available. In RED

Check your licences and see if it’s valid.
Does the voicemail still work.

I logged in and licenses are valid with preferred edition and voicemail is working still.

The software release is 11.0 but I am out of ideas and just wonder if I need to uninstall One X and reinstall it? Any suggestion's?

Did you ran the firewall batch file after installing portal?

do you have the correct ip address of the ip office in the config of onex? also have you changed the EnhTcpaService passwords to match?

True ..also check security settings and make sure the EnhTcpaService service is enabled

Thanks guys. I have not ran the firewall batch file but I will have the customer run it. He said there was no firewall or anything blocking the ports but going to run the batch file to make sure.

It does have the correct IP address to the IP Office, I went into IPO security settings made sure the passwords match there and in One X Portal for EnhTcpaService it was the default password EnhTcpaPwd1. I was going by this document.

I think it might be firewall so going to run the batch file and see.

Ran the firewall batch file on Windows Server 2003 but still getting the same issue. Any suggestions? Or will I need to uninstall One X Portal and reinstall it?
