Avaya IP Office Manager - Recreate System SD not working

I'm trying to back-up our system onto a new SD card.

When I go into the advanced options and try to recreate the SD card all the options are greyed out and unavailable.

Is it possible that the Administrator doesn't have access to that option? Perhaps another user is the only one able to select this option?

Other possibilities?

Either you're using the version install from the admin lite install package or the working directory has been changed.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.
