I am just throwing it out there to get some feedback and pointers and things that I need to consider for linking a number of IP Office 406 and 403 with a central CS1000 PBX. We use H323 to network the CS1000 to some smaller Nortel switches and I think I would like to continue with the H323 theme to get the avaya boxes talking to to the CS1000 and to each other. Roughly speaking, what considerations from an avaya perspective should I need to consider? FYI. I use the nortel routing service on the CS1000 to assign extension numbers to H323 gatekeepers. I look forward to all thoughts on the subject.

might work.

iv'e linked ipo to cisco without too much grief.

you'll need vcms and someone who knows how to program ip trunks.

NEVER, EVER, EVER BUY A HOUSE BUILT BY BELLWAY!

Considerations;

1) Codec's
2) IP Address's
3) Routing
4) Dial Plan

Get all these correct and you should be laughing. Not connected to a Nortel but have to Cisco's like Tom.

Good luck.

Don't ask me, I didn't design it.
