Dear all,
is there any way to integrate Avaya IP Office with CRM ?
if yes ... then which IPO Release or any ?
and what software/licenses required ?
if you can provide me with a link or PDF file will be great.

CRM covers a hughe amount of software collections of which a great number cannot integrate any kind of telephony functions.
That said you better first tell what brand of CRM you have and how it can integrate telephony according to the creator of the software,
Then maybe we can answer the questaion.
 
Then contact a IBM reseller and ask about TAPI connection and if it is possible come back here and I will help you to get it working.

they say integration can be done , but they didn't say anything like how or what software required.
so any idea ?

You are looking at things from the wrong direction. Every CRM manufacturer does it their own way, all their interfaces are different and they all connect to other equipment in different ways. It's up to the manufacturer of the CRM to test integration with the various PBXs available and document how it's achieved. Or at least document what methods they support and how you do those.

Push them for updates, it's their software :)

We use a soft called UCPlus, which can integrate IPOffice with some CRM.
