AVAYA IP OFFICE FROM SIDE A TO SIDE B THE CALL CANT LISTEN EACH OTHER

Hellow Team I have faced one challenge I connect Avaya Ip office on VPN...IP OFFICE 500V2 Side A and side 78 pc's of Avaya 9620l have
connected side A where the control Unit 500v2 is there but the rest 12 ip phone have connected side B using VPN ...the phone is connected proper but the main issue is once I call side A they pick phone but them they can hear me but me Icant hear them?

and the user licence are okay ..

so what is the issue upon..?
 
Data routing issue (as Always)
taffic from phone & site A cannot route to VLan Address of phone on site B



Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear
 
Try untick use direct media path, obvious routing issue but this should let you work

It is either a network routing or firewall issue

Phones on site A are not able to route their UDP speech packets to site B, or they are being blocked b a firewall.

you need a competent data engineer
