Avaya IP Office Essential Edition R11.1.3 showing incorrect date and time

Hi,

I'm completely unable to set the date and time on my Avaya IP Office Essential Edition.

For some reason, it shows the date as 2/2/2023 and the time is completely off too. When it was 4 PM, it was showing the time as 10 AM.

I checked the reachability of the 500v2 to the SNTP server and I was able to ping the 500v2 from the SNTP server, but still, when opening system status, it was giving an error along the lines of "time server timeout" or something. Also, when opening the webpage via the 7070 port, I can't really change anything in the system option because, according to the system, I need to do it in "offline mode".

I've tried everything at this point.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

You might try changing your time server to time.google.com.
