Could any one tell us how install the avaya ip office dect installaiton.

Which one ?
There is the Detewe and the new R4 solution.
Both are well documented on the support site or on the knowledgebase.

I really think if you need this level of support, you should be doing it through an authorised business partner!

We have Avaya IP 500 system with IP Dect indoor base station (700346893). We have configured the Gateway address 192.168.0.122 and the mac address of the IP dect.

We are unable to access into the IP Dect base station

It probably is not starting up because it does not have a tftp server address.

Because of the 700346893 i think it is the Detewe because R4 has a 7004 number

Also you need to have an enabled license to get it working which means you need a business partner that can enable that license for you.

Hi

I've setup Dect R4. Everything works great except DTMF tones.

Any idea why this will happen?

Turn off "Allow direct media path" an select a codec don't leave it on automatic(also on the ipo it self system > telephony then at the bottom) set it to G711 or G729.
