Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

I'm currently trialing a new phone system and I've created an unconditional forward on the users to their temp numbers.

The issue is that whenever they receive an internal or external call it always comes up with the leading number of the ISDN, which is more concerning for the external inbound calls.

I've tried the *888N shortcode but that didn't work, I've been at this for a couple of days and gotten nowhere. Maybe I'm missing something a select box (which is probable).

I'm working on Avaya IPOffice 500v2.

Your service provider also needs to allow you to send original call number which they usually don't do by default.

Hi derfloh

Thanks for the reply, I have analogue lines, not sure if that makes a difference(apparently twinning doesn't work on them), I also don't see the option.

THanks for the suggestion janni, I'll see what they say and update.

I managed to find the option, was looking in the wrong place
