The exam numbers are 77200X for AIPS and 78200X for ACSS.
If they weren't required to be able to open support tickets with Avaya, I wouldn't bother. The questions seem to be the same stuff that was there a couple years ago.
I do know what you mean, we have a customer on Powered By with Scansource that is going to get turned off at some point and they have 85000 recordings in Media Manager and you can only download 50 at a time and have them searchable!
